The entry of women into the labor market has been mainly in the nineteenth century with the emergence of the industry. Some females began to fail to be simple owners of the house and leave other professions that were poorly viewed by society, and became part of the labor market. However yields were lower than men.
Fortunately, the entry of women into work, not obstacle for the future, today, are increasingly women dominate the universities and the top of opposition occupy within enterprises in the higher courts, in ministries, research organizations in the technology peak, still flying jets, command troops and drill oil wells. Coming thus, its performance is sometimes higher than man.
Like some years ago, women today, are some barriers in regard to a "career of success," unlike the men. Some of them apart from having to manage their careers, they have household chores to perform.
We know the commitment, competence, dedication, creativity, responsibility, are characteristic of a committed worker, and is not to be only male characteristics. Experts considered that the woman in academia, is smarter and more committed, and should think like this because for centuries they have been referred to the silence and only a few years it has been recognized a few more basic rights.
